DR. EMILY CORNWELL is a Veterinary Medical Officer with FDA’s Center for Veterinary Medicine in the Office of Surveillance and Compliance, Division of Drug Compliance. She received her DVM and PhD from Cornell University where she studied the infection dynamics of an invasive fish virus in the Great Lakes. After graduation, she worked in small animal/exotic private practice prior to joining FDA where she serves as the CVM lead for the CVB/CVM Jurisdiction Committee.
