Update is FDLI’s bimonthly member magazine providing concise articles on cutting-edge food and drug law and regulation issues. Articles address industry-specific trends, regulatory concerns, the latest developments in the law, and diverse aspects of food and drug law throughout the United States and the world.
Many issues of Update are themed; others are broadly engaged with emerging issues across sectors. The submission of non-feature articles is also encouraged.
Food and Drug Law Journal
The peer-reviewed scholarly quarterly Food and Drug Law Journal is co-published with Georgetown University. The Journal examines and discusses the progress of laws and regulations in the field. Coverage of historical development of the legal and regulatory regime, analysis of current and emerging developments, prognoses of future directions, and normative comments on what the law should be, are encouraged.
FDLI’s books provide reference, teaching, and key practice topics in food and drug law. Many of these books are edited volumes.
Food and Drug Policy Forum
Policy Forum, a peer-reviewed, electronic member publication, welcomes contributions of articles that develop policy recommendations on a critical topic in the field, and promote research, dialogue, and ideas on complex policy issues.
