REBECCA BERMUDEZ is an Associate at Kleinfeld, Kaplan & Becker LLP. With a focus on FDA law, Rebecca provides down-to-earth advice to clients on regulatory matters before the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as well as other related federal, state, and local agencies. She has particular experience advising clients in the food, dietary supplement, tobacco, and cannabis industries. Before joining Kleinfeld, Kaplan & Becker LLP, Rebecca worked as a food and drug associate at a mid-size firm in Washington, D.C. At this firm, she assisted clients with domestic and international regulatory matters regarding food packaging products and materials. Rebecca is a member of the District of Columbia LGBTQ+ Bar Association, the Hispanic Bar Association of the District of Columbia, and Hermandad de Sigma Iota Alpha, Inc. She obtained her J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and her B.A. from William & Mary.
