Why Attend?

This course will provide an overview of Cannabis regulation in the US. Topics will include an explanation of Cannabis and cannabinoids (including cannabidiol (CBD) and Delta-8 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)), an overview of the federal and state-level regulatory landscape, and current issues and recent developments in research, product quality, advertising, and litigation. Each session will feature a presentation from our subject matter experts with ample time reserved for Q&A.
