Program Description

This annual conference brings together experienced professionals in the regulated industries and the regulators who focus on a variety of advertising and promotion issues concerning prescription drugs, medical devices, biological products and animal drugs. Included are updates from the four FDA medical products centers. CLE Credits
Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credits

CLEs have been approved by the following states:

Ohio = 12.75 credits
Pennsylvania = 12.5 credits (New York recognizes Pennsylvania approval)
Virginia = 12.5 credits (many other states recognize Virginia approval)

Approvals qualify for substantive credits. CLE forms will be available at the FDLI Registration desk on the afternoon of September 22.
