Advertising & Promotion for Medical Products Conference

October 17–18, 2024   In-Person & Virtual Event

Overview

The Advertising and Promotion for Medical Products (A&P) Conference congregates representatives from federal agencies, industry, patient-advocacy groups, and academics to explore government initiatives and priorities concerning medical product advertising and promotion, critical developments in the field, trends in enforcement and regulation, and new technologies. Diverse perspectives, engagement opportunities, and timely subject matter make this a truly unique program with great learning potential.

Call for Proposals

FDLI invites you to submit a proposal for a session for the Advertising & Promotion for Medical Products Conference. Your submissions ensure that the most pertinent topics are covered. Topics should address issues and developments relating to advertising and promotion affecting the FDA-regulated medical products community.

Proposal Submission Guidelines

  • Propose advanced-level topics.
  • Provide important details and context: why the topic is important, who is affected, and relevant legislation, guidance, or news-worthy developments.
  • Present a thoughtful title and speaker recommendations.
  • As a neutral convener, FDLI prefers topics that include multiple perspectives, including government, industry, private attorneys, academics, and public interest.
  • FDLI is committed to supporting, promoting, and celebrating diversity, equity, and inclusion in the food and drug law community. We encourage proposals addressing systematic or historical impacts on minority equity.
