Join FDLI and your fellow New to Food and Drug Law (NFDL) group members to discuss hot topics in cannabis regulation! In this video “Virtual Happy Hour” discussion, Delia Deschaine, Member of the Firm at Epstein Becker & Green, PC, will provide an overview of the new developments and guidance by FDA on cannabis regulation, including recent guidance on quality considerations for clinical trials on cannabis and cannabis-derived products. Bring your favorite beverage and be prepared to discuss emerging issues for FDA-related industry in the cannabis space, ask questions, and engage in an interactive dialogue with your peers.
