Join FDLI and your fellow New to Food and Drug Law (NFDL) group members to discuss hot topics in cannabis regulation! In this video “Virtual Happy Hour” discussion, Delia Deschaine, Member of the Firm at Epstein Becker & Green, PC, will provide an overview of the new developments and guidance by FDA on cannabis regulation, including recent guidance on quality considerations for clinical trials on cannabis and cannabis-derived products. Bring your favorite beverage and be prepared to discuss emerging issues for FDA-related industry in the cannabis space, ask questions, and engage in an interactive dialogue with your peers. This event is only open to NFDL members, which FDLI members, government employees, and law students are encouraged to join. The New to Food and Drug Law Group (NFDL) offers young professionals with up to six years of experience an opportunity to connect, learn from their peers, and enhance their skills. Individuals affiliated with member organizations, those employed by the government, and law students are encouraged to participate.

DELIA A. DESCHAINE is a Member of the Firm in the Health Care and Life Sciences practice, in the firm’s Washington, DC, office. Named to the Washington DC Rising Stars list (2018-2020) in the areas of Food & Drugs and Cannabis Law, Ms. Deschaine understands the most significant U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) legal and compliance risks that her clients face and knows how to address them.
