Conference Registration Policies
Confirmation Letter
Once FDLI has processed your registration,
you will be sent a confirmation letter. If you have not received a letter
before the meeting date, please contact FDLI to make sure we have received
your registration.
On-Site Registrations
Individuals not registered within 3 business
days of the meeting, must register on-site. On-site registration is
on a "space-available" basis; late registrants are not guaranteed materials
or meals. Please call FDLI to confirm space and availability.
Cancellations and Refunds
Registrations may be cancelled for
a full refund (less a $75 processing fee) if FDLI is notified in writing
by 5pm (ET), ten business days before the meeting. Registrations may
be transferred one time for an alternate meeting. If the alternate meeting
is of greater value, the registrant will be responsible for the difference,
including a $50 processing fee. If the alternate meeting is of lesser
value, FDLI will refund the difference, minus a $50 processing fee.
Because of costs that FDLI incurs, registration fees will not be refunded
if notification of a cancellation or request for transfer is received
after the cut-off date. All cancellations must be in writing. No refunds
will be given to no-shows. In the event that FDLI cancels a meeting,
FDLI is not responsible for any airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred
by registrants. Some program topics and speakers may be subject to change
without notice.
All refunds and price adjustments will be applied against the original form of payment.
Overpayments
A $25 processing fee will be charged for refunds
of all overpayments. If you are not sure if your organization is a member
of FDLI, please call (202) 371-1420 or (800) 956-6293 before registering.
FDLI Guarantee
FDLI stands behind all of its seminars. If you
are not satisfied with this seminar, simply state the reason(s) in writing
and we will refund your money.
