Q: How do I register for an FDLI conference?
A: FDLI offers four ways to register
for an FDLI conference. Use the online registration form; fax your registration
form (either the one attached to the brochure or the online form) to
(202) 371-0649; register by calling Customer
Service at (202) 371-1420 or (800) 956-6293; or mail your registration
form to: FDLI Inc., Conference Registration Department,
1155 15th St NW, Suite 800, Washington, D.C. 20005 (no overnight mail, please).
Q: What is FDLI's Conference Cancellation Policy?
A: Registrations may be cancelled for a full refund (less a $75 processing fee) if FDLI is notified in writing by 5pm (ET), ten business days before the meeting. A one time registration fee transfer may be applied to an alternate meeting (a $50 processing fee will be charged for transfers.) If the alternate meeting is of greater value, the registrant will be responsible for the difference. If the alternate meeting is of lesser value, FDLI will refund the difference. Because of costs FDLI incurs, registration fees will not be refunded if notification of a cancellation or request for transfer is received after the cut-off date. All cancellations must be in writing. No refunds will be given to no-shows. In the event that FDLI cancels a meeting, FDLI is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants. Some program topics and speakers may be subject to change without notice. All returned checks will be charged a $25 processing fee.
Q: Do Early Bird Rates apply to all FDLI conferences?
A: The early bird rates generally
apply to all conferences except for audioconferences.
Q: If I registered for an FDLI conference that is audiotaped,
do I receive a complimentary FDLI audiotape?
A: Attendees do not receive a complimentary
audiotape, but may purchase one at a special price with registration. Audiotapes may also be purchased after the conference is conducted.

A: The 51st Annual FDLI & FDA Conference will be March 26-27, 2008 at the L'Enfant Plaza
Hotel, in Washington, D.C.

A: Update is no longer available
as a paid subscription. To subscribe to the Journal, complete
the Journal Order Form.

FDLI's Product Return Policy?
A: All sales are final. Exchanges can be made for damaged items.

card (American Express, Visa, and Master Card) or check. Payment by
check must be mailed to FDLI along with the order form.

A: FDLI uses UPS Ground to ship
orders. If an order needs to be rushed, FDLI uses Federal Express. Please
