Do Early Bird Rates apply to all FDLI conferences?
The early bird rates generally apply to all conferences except for distance learning programs such as audioconferences and webinars.

If I registered for an FDLI conference that is recorded, do I receive a complimentary FDLI CD?
Attendees do not receive a complimentary CD, but may purchase one at a special price with registration. CDs may also be purchased after the conference here.

Visit the FDLI Events Calendar page. To make sure you receive information about upcoming conferences throughout the year, join our mailing list.

What is FDLI's Product Return Policy?
All sales are final. Exchanges can be made for damaged items.

What payment methods can be used when purchasing FDLI products?

How is my order shipped to me?
FDLI uses UPS Ground to ship orders. If an order needs to be rushed, FDLI uses UPS Rush Services. Please contact FDLI Customer Service at (202) 371-1420 or (800) 956-6293 for rates and availability. Only orders made by phone can be rushed.
